To say that I have nightmares is to imply to I sleep.
If I didn't smoke so much, I'd say I could dream a thousand dreams and float peacefully through unconsciousness.
But I fear dreaming is for children and I've lost too much sleep,
Trying to chase after what isn't really there,
Rather than face fear itself.
